How does the purchase and checkout process work?
After you finalize the protocol, the patient receives an email with a summary of their daily packs. From there, they can review the plan, make any changes, and enter their shipping and payment information. You retain visibility into the full protocol and what was shipped. There is no need to manage fulfillment.

Do I handle customer service?
No. Juniper manages all customer service related to shipping, billing, subscriptions, and general support.

If a patient has questions about their protocol, specific supplements, or would like to make changes to their regimen, we direct them to contact you directly.

You receive an email with a summary of your daily packs. From there, you can review the plan and make any changes if needed.

Your daily packs may include a combination of vitamins, minerals, herbal blends, amino acids, probiotics, hormone support, and more. All supplements are professional-grade and selected by your practitioner based on your needs.

Can I see what’s in each pack before ordering?
Yes. You will receive a clear list of everything in your plan. Before checking out, you can view your cart, make any changes your practitioner allows, and confirm the plan works for you.

How does the checkout process work?
Once your practitioner sends your protocol, you’ll receive a secure email with your personalized plan. Simply review your daily pack summary, enter your shipping and payment details, and your first shipment will be on its way.

All daily packs are assembled and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center to ensure quality and fast turnaround.

How often will I receive packs?
Most patients receive monthly shipments. Sixty and ninety-day options are also available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled.

Can I cancel or adjust my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, cancel, or change your shipment frequency anytime in your account.

What comes in the box?
Each box contains:
